Naturally it’s a prerequisite the system is running well at delivering. Usual after that the system will be taken over by the customers service team while we deliver the required parts. For this purpose we will also take care for the training and documentation. |

In case of questions one can make an appeal to the helpdesk, that can access most of the systems by telemetry. If this will not settle the problem, we will come to the site to reach a solution together. |
